We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedules. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other guests and respect the time of our service providers. Appointments that are missed without notice (no-call, no-show) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. This policy is in place to help protect our stylists, who are commission-based and reserve time specifically for each client, arriving prepared and on schedule for every appointment.
